Nicholas grew up in North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. He is currently a first year undergraduate student at UVA planning on double majoring in Neuroscience and Chemistry. In the lab, he works with Joshua Samuels to study the effects of proteins on microglial responses to plaque buildup in Alzheimer’s disease. Outside of the lab, Nicholas loves competitively swimming, playing Taylor Swift on the piano, and being involved with Camp Kesem.
